Ingredients

  • Fresh parsley: 1/4 cup minced 
  • Egg: 2 eggs
  • Finely crushed cracker crumbs: 5 tablespoons 
  • Mayonnaise: 1 cup 
  • Spicy mustard: 1/4 cup 
  • Salt: 1 tablespoon 
  • Black pepper: 1 teaspoon 
  • Cooked lump crab meat: 1 1/2 pound 
  • Olive oil: 3 tablespoons 
  • Remoulade or tartar sauce, optional
  • 2 green bell peppers, seeded and diced, optional
  • 2 red bell peppers, seeded and diced, optional

Instructions for Ruth Chris Crab Cake Recipe

  1. Set the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Bring a large bowl, add 2 eggs, parley, cracker crumbs, mayo, salt, mustard, and pepper, and use a mixer to mix well. Then, add the cooked lump crab meat and continue mixing soothingly.
  3. Grease the olive oil on the bottom of a large baking dish.
  4. Use a scoop or a teaspoon to make a crab mixture rounded into each portion around 1/3 cup size cake. Place them in the baking dish and put them into the oven to bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the outside is browned.
  5. After the baking is done, remove the baking dish from the oven and serve on the plate. Drizzle a remoulade or tartar sauce, if you want, on each. Dice some belly pepper and sprinkle on the surface of the crab cake. Let’s enjoy it!
